This month at LittleRVrentals we had to get our 18.9ft Funfinder cruiser repaired due to fibreglass delamination on the front nose of the travel trailer Before Repair you can see bubbling and waves on the front. Front Panel removed. You can see the damage below looks like moisture started from the top and worked it's way down. Completed repair with new wider checker plate installed to help with road grime. Before & After! Overall We are completely thrilled with the results! The repairs took just over a week to complete and should be better then new! Any questions or comments please leave below... Recently we have purchased a 13ft Lil Bigfoot travel trailer to add to our rental fleet at www.littlervrentals.com here are some before and after photos below. Before Photos First I took off all the cupboard doors, hinges, knobs then lightly sanded the cupboards so the paint would adhere. I used a high quality Cloverdale paint and applied 3 coats of off white paint using a brush in around the corners and a paint roller where it would fit. Then I installed new brushed nickel knobs and hinges and put the cupboards back on. On the outside I bought a can of rock guard in a spray can and painted it on the front rubber mats to stop the rocks from the tow vehicle hitting the trailer. I also used a car wax and buffer to bring the life back into the paint. Then I pulled the wheels off sanded them, repainted and added new chrome lug nuts to dress it up a bit. The really cool thing about these trailers is that like there brother the famous boler trailer they are so light weight and can be towed by most vehicles with a properly installed hitch. Also when your traveling you can pull over for a nap make lunch or just relax with your favourite cup of joe or read a book without setting up. Setting up at a campsite couldn't be easier just back into a campground spot chock the wheels unhook from the tow vehicle level the trailer and your camping!!! Please Comment Below!
